Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@vedette-amsterdam.com.
Returns must first be approved. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags and in original packaging
  • You must include a receipt or proof of purchase

Return address

Once your return is accepted, we will provide the appropriate return address based on your region.
Do not return any item before receiving confirmation and instructions from us.


Damages & wrong items

If you received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@vedette-amsterdam.com with clear photos. We’ll make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. beauty products, underwear)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to:

  1. Request a return
  2. Once accepted, place a new order for the preferred item

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Items must still be in unused condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
  • If more than 15 days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@vedette-amsterdam.com
