Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on your location.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our international warehouse (Asia/Europe), depending on product availability and your delivery address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours after placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled. Once received, you can still return your order for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments. All transactions are secured and encrypted.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.
During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–25 business days
Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Shipping delays may occur due to customs or local couriers.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us at info@vedette.amsterdam.com
You’ll be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
Prices on our website are shown tax-free in EUR (€).
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply upon arrival.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Vedette Amsterdam is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, please email us at info@vedette.amsterdam.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return instructions and address.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
What if my item is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
Please contact us immediately if you received an incorrect, missing, or damaged item.
Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to info@vedette.amsterdam.com
We’ll review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, contact your bank or credit card company.
