Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.


Where do you ship from?

We work with international fulfilment partners to ensure efficient delivery. 

Orders are shipped from our warehouses in Europe and Asia, depending on product availability and your delivery address.


What is a pre-order (presale)?

A pre-order means the item is not yet in stock and is currently in production or on its way to our warehouse.

By placing a pre-order, you secure your item before it becomes publicly available or sells out.


Why do you offer pre-orders?

We release collections in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity and avoid overproduction.

Pre-orders allow early customers to secure high-demand items before the official release.


When will my pre-order be shipped?

Each pre-order product page includes an estimated shipping timeframe. Most pre-orders are shipped within 2–4 weeks after purchase.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to production or logistics.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours after placing them. After this period, your order is already being processed and cannot be modified.


Can I return a pre-order item?

Yes. Once your order has been delivered, our standard return policy applies. You can return your item within the return period for a full refund.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 7–15 business days
USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 15–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays may occur due to customs or local carriers.


What if my pre-order is delayed?

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email. If you prefer not to wait, you can request a refund.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact us. You will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.


Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Prices on our website are shown in EUR (€) and may exclude import duties or taxes.
Depending on your country, customs fees may apply upon delivery.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.


How do I return an item?

To request a return, email us at info@vedette-amsterdam.com with your order number and reason for return.

Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging

Return instructions will be provided after approval.


What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
